Colvio — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, software applications, and services provided by Colvio, a trade name (d/b/a) of Logos Agent Co., Ltd., a company organized under the laws of Japan ("Colvio", "we", "us"). By installing our applications or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License & Use of Applications

Subject to these Terms, Colvio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our applications (e.g., ParcelTrackAction, CrossDiffAction) within your authorized Salesforce or other supported platform instances in accordance with the applicable subscription tier.

2. Subscription & Payment Terms

• Free Tier: Certain features or quotas are provided free of charge for evaluation and small-scale use.
• Paid Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers upon written request.

3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Responsibility

When using BYOK features (such as connecting your own Shippo or AfterShip API accounts), you are responsible for maintaining valid API credentials and complying with the respective carrier and API provider terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our applications and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Colvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our applications following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
